Fry's Turkish Delight was first made by J.S. Fry & Sons in 1914. It is now part of the Cadbury family of products. Back in the 1950's the advertising slogan "Full of Eastern Promise" was used to promote the product. Turkish Delight is, of course, originally a Turkish confection.
Fry's Turkish Delight is made of rose-flavoured turkish delight covered in a layer of milk chocolate. Unlike the North American "Big Turk" bar, Fry's Turkish Delight has a soft and delicate centre.
No artificial colouring is used in Fry's Turkish Delight bars. The original colouring ingredient has been replaced by all-natural ingredients.
