Ever wonder how "PG Tips" got it's name? The origin of the name comes from the 1930s when it was recommended that tea should be drunk before a meal is digested. It was marketed as "Pre-Gest Tea" which became shortened to "PG tea". Later, the word "Tips" was added to remind people that PG Tips tea is made from the top two leaves and a bud to achieve the finest flavour.
40 bags package: $6.49.
