Shipping Charges

 Shipping Charges (applies to Canada only) 
Shipping charges are based on the amount of your order (Canadian Dollars):

• Order Value    $0.01 - $20.00      Shipping: $10.00
• Order Value  $20.01 - $50.00      Shipping: $15.00
• Order Value  $50.01 - $100.00    Shipping: $20.00
• Order Value $100.01 - $200.00   Shipping: $25.00
• Order Value $200.01 up               Shipping: $50.00

Experience has taught us that these charges fairly represent the actual cost of shipping orders. We do not include a profit margin in our shipping calculations.

 USA & International Shipping Charges 
Additional shipping charges may be levied for destinations outside Canada.

 Packaging 
We keep down the cost of shipping and protect the environment by recycling packing boxes as much as possible. Fragile items are protected by bubble wrap, air bags and shock absorbing void fills.

 Damaged Goods 
We very rarely experience damage during the shipping process but we will replace any item damaged in transit if you notify us promptly on receipt.

 Shipping Carrier 
Orders are shipped by Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service. You will receive an email directly from Canada Post with a tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment online.

 Order Processing 
In-stock items are usually shipped within 1 business day of receipt of payment. If the items ordered are out of stock we will contact you by email with options or offer an immediate full refund.

 Taxes 
Taxes applicable to your province or territory will be added to your order (including shipping charges)
